You may be concerned whether a damaged item is able to be fully repaired or not. Once we have assessed the item can be repaired, you can be confident it will be returned to itʼs original condition.

We always need to examine a damaged piece of jewellery or watch before reporting. You can drop it off to us, or weʼll send you a courier pack to send the item to us.

The damaged item will be fully assessed and a detailled damage report sent to your Insurer.

Once your Insurer approves the claim, the jewellery can be returned to your preferred Jeweller. Or, if you wish, we can arrange the repair through our own contracted Jewellers. The item will be returned to you, fully repaired, back into itʼs original condition.
